1. Services
Flex Connections provides graphic design, branding, website development, and business elevation services. All work is custom-tailored to client needs and outlined in project agreements.
2. Payment & Fees
• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing and timeline.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a project.
• Final files will not be delivered until full payment is received.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Revisions & Approvals
• Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in their contract.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
• Final approval must be provided before project completion.
4. Intellectual Property
• Ownership of Designs: Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use their final design(s) as specified in the project agreement.
• Flex Connections retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
• Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our designs is prohibited.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment based on work completed.
• No refunds will be issued for completed work.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Flex Connections is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of our designs or services.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all content, designs, and branding comply with legal and industry requirements.
7. Website & Digital Services
• Websites are delivered as per the agreed scope and functionality.
• Clients are responsible for domain registration and hosting fees unless otherwise agreed.
• Flex Connections is not liable for third-party software or hosting issues.
8. Confidentiality
• Any client information shared with Flex Connections will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
• We will not share or disclose confidential client data unless legally required.
9. Amendments
• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to any revised terms.
